Extraordinary flannel plaid three-piece suit

I am offering this extraordinary heavy flannel checked three-piece suit.

The thick fabric is soft, perfect for winter and mid-season.

The jacket is a two-button jacket with generous notch lapels.
The trousers, on the other hand, are wide-cut and very high-waisted.

In very good condition

Assume that the jacket will need to be tailored (reduction in armpit, waist and hip width) and the trousers' waist reduced.
These alterations are almost systematic to be able to wear the suit.

Jacket measurements:

Shoulder width (measured from the back of the jacket, seam to seam): 47cm
Sleeve length: 62cm + 3cm to lengthen
Jacket length: 76cm
Armpit width: 55cm
Waist width: 43cm

Trouser measurements:

Waist width: 44cm + 6cm
Crotch height: 33cm
Leg opening: 21cm
Trouser length: 99cm + 6cm
