RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- in the same condition as received
- unused and unworn
- with all original tags attached
- in its original packaging
- accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
To request a return, please contact us at habilleurjean@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returned items must be sent to the return address communicated by email. The address is in our warehouse in China, Qingdao city (266045).
Return Fees & Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- A €20 handling fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee covers professional ironing and preparation of the item for resale.
- Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. This includes both domestic and international shipping fees.
- The handling fee is calculated on the total order amount excluding delivery costs.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
For exchanges:
- Customer may cover the shipping cost of the exchanged item
- Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. This includes both domestic and international shipping fees.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Made-to-Measure (MTM) items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Sale or promotional items during clearance sales
Made-to-Measure (MTM) Items
MTM items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Each MTM piece is made specifically according to the client’s personal measurements and preferences (cut, fabric, finishes, etc.) and cannot be restocked or resold.
We strongly recommend carefully reviewing your measurements and selected options before confirming your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Refund processing may take up to 21 days after our team receives the returned package
- Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process and display the refund
