Amazing checked wool double-breasted suit

I am offering you this amazing wool checked double-breasted suit

The fabric is mid-weight, a 4-season suit.

The jacket is a 6 x 2 double-breasted jacket with magnificent peak lapels.
The trousers, for their part, are wide-leg trousers with double pleats.

For a small to average gentleman

In very good condition, the suit will need to be dry-cleaned as it has several stains

Assume that the jacket will need to be taken in (reduction in armpit, waist and hip width) and the trousers' waist reduced.
These are almost systematic alterations to be able to wear the suit.

Jacket measurements:

Shoulder width (measured from the back of the jacket, seam to seam): 45cm
Sleeve length: 60cm +3cm to lengthen
Jacket length: 73cm
Armpit width: 52 cm
Waist width: 50cm

Trouser measurements:

Waist width: 42cm + 4cm
Crotch height: 27cm
Leg opening: 22cm
Trouser length: 95 cm +5cm
