Elegant houndstooth 3-piece suit

I am offering you this elegant 3-piece grey half-houndstooth wool suit.

The fabric is mid-weight,

The jacket is a single-button jacket with charming notch lapels.
The trousers, on the other hand, are wide-leg and have a natural high waist.

In very good condition, there are only a few micro-stains on the lapel of the jacket.

Assume that the jacket will need to be tailored (reduction in armpit width, waist and hips) and the trousers shortened.
These are almost systematic alterations to be able to wear the suit.

Jacket measurements:

Shoulder width (measured from the back of the jacket, seam to seam): 45cm
Sleeve length: 65cm + 3cm to lengthen
Jacket length: 77cm
Armpit width: 56cm
Waist width: 52cm

Trouser measurements:

Waist width: 45cm + 4cm
Crotch height: 29cm
Leg opening: 23cm
Trouser length: 109cm + 10cm
