Classic beige wool suit

I offer you this classic beige wool suit. 

The fabric is medium weight, 4 seasons. 

The jacket is a two-button straight jacket with generous notch lapels. 
The pants are wide cut pants. 

In good condition, the suit deserves a trip to the dry cleaners. 
It has a few stains and the lining at the armpits is marked.

Assume that it will be necessary to bend the jacket (reduction in armpit, waist and hip width) and reduce the size of the pants.
These are almost systematic alterations to be able to wear the suit.

Jacket measurements:

Shoulder width (measured by the back of the jacket, seam to seam): 44m
Sleeve length: 65cm +3 cm to extend
Jacket length: 77cm
Armpit width: 53cm
Waist width: 50cm

Pants measurement:

Width at the waist: 45cm + 3cm
Fork height: 28cm
Leg opening: 28cm
Pant length: 103 cm +11cm
