📦 Orders & Shipping
1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.

Standard processing and delivery times depend on the destination.

Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
4. How much are the shipping fees?
Shipping costs depend on your location. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout.

5. How do I choose the right size?
Each product includes a size chart in its description. We recommend checking your measurements before ordering. Still unsure? Feel free to contact us!
6. Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes, we believe fashion should be accessible to everyone. Many of our items are available up to 2XL.
7. The item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
Popular items may be restocked. Sign up for restock notifications on the product page or follow us on social media to stay updated on new arrivals.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
8. What is your return policy for ready-to-wear items?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
A €20 handling fee applies to all returns to cover restocking and professional ironing/processing. This fee is calculated based on the total order amount excluding shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds may take up to 21 days after the parcel is received by our team.
Note: An exchange does not constitute a new sale and does not reset the withdrawal period.
9. How do I return or exchange an item?
Please email us at habilleurjean@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
10. Do you offer free returns?
Unfortunately, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes both domestic and international return shipping fees.
11. Are Made-to-Measure (MTM) items eligible for returns or exchanges?
No. Made-to-Measure (MTM) items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Each MTM piece is specially crafted according to the customer’s measurements and personal choices (fit, fabrics, finishes, etc.).
Therefore, it is a personalized product that cannot be restocked or resold to another customer.
We strongly recommend carefully checking your measurements and selected options before confirming your order.
