Beautiful brown flannel suit

Good evening,

I offer you this magnificent brown suit with Prince of Wales pattern in wool flannel.

The fabric is quite thick, ideal for winter and mid-season.

The jacket is a 2.5 button jacket with beautiful notched lapels.
The pants are wide-cut, high-waisted.

Assume that you will need to tailor the jacket (reduce armpit, waist and hip width) and reduce the size of the trousers.
These are almost systematic alterations to be able to wear the costume.

Jacket measurements:

Shoulder width (measured from the back of the jacket, seam to seam): 46m
Sleeve length: 63cm +3 cm to extend
Jacket length: 77cm
Armpit width: 53 cm
Size width: 50cm

Pants measurement:

Width at waist: 45cm + 4cm
Fork height: 30cm
Leg opening: 22cm
Length of pants: 99 cm + 6 cm if the cuff is removed
