 📦 Orders and delivery

 1. Do you ship internationally?
 Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and times vary depending on your location.

 2. How long will it take to receive my order?
 The standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days. Delivery by Colissimo takes approximately 3 days and approximately 4 days with Mondial Relay.

 Europe: 4 to 8 working days

 Rest of the world: 7 to 14 working days

 3. Can I track my order?
 Absolutely! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

 4. How much are the delivery costs?
 Shipping costs depend on your location. The exact amount will be shown at checkout.

 5. How to choose the right size? 
Each product has a size chart in its description. We recommend checking your measurements before ordering. Still unsure? Don't hesitate to contact us!

 6. Do you offer plus sizes?
 Yes, we believe fashion is accessible to everyone. Many of our items are available up to 2XL.

 7. The item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
 Popular items may be restocked. Sign up for restock notifications on the product page or follow us on social media to stay up-to-date on new arrivals.

 🔁 Returns and exchanges
 8. What is your return policy?
 We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
 For a return, there is a €15 handling fee that applies. 
For an exchange with another item, there is no charge and we can cover the return and shipping costs for the exchanged item.

 9. How do I return or exchange an item?
 Please email us at habilleurjean@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will guide you through the process.

 10. Do you offer free returns?
 Return costs are the responsibility of the customer for a return and our responsibility for an exchange.
