Amazing heavy flannel gray suit

Good evening,

I offer you this incredible charcoal gray suit in heavy flannel.

The fabric is thick, very heavy and soft.
Ideal for winter and mid-season.

The jacket is a 3-button jacket in 1920s fashion style with beautiful notched lapels.
The pants, meanwhile, are straight-cut pants with double pleats and a high waist.

Assume that you will need to tailor the jacket (reduce armpit, waist and hip width) and reduce the size of the trousers.
These are almost systematic alterations to be able to wear the costume.

Jacket measurements:

Shoulder width (measured from the back of the jacket, seam to seam): 48.5cm
Sleeve length: 62cm +3 cm to extend
Jacket length: 78cm
Armpit width: 53 cm
Waist width: 51cm

Pants measurement:

Width at the waist: 42cm + 4cm if the cuff is removed
Fork height: 30cm
Leg opening: 20cm
Length of pants: 104 cm + 6 cm if the cuff is removed
