Nice gray plaid flannel suit

Good evening,

I offer you a nice gray suit with a Prince of Wales pattern in wool flannel.

The fabric is medium weight, four seasons.

The jacket is a single-breasted jacket with two buttons and charming notched lapels.
The pants, meanwhile, are wide-cut pants with double pleats and a very high waist.

The sleeves are not very long, (for small/medium gentleman).
The jacket is fitted.

In very good condition, only the lining of the pants is slightly yellowed.
A trip to the dry cleaners and it will be as good as new (7 euros)

Assume that you will need to tailor the jacket (reduce armpit, waist and hip width) and reduce the size of the trousers.
These are almost systematic alterations to be able to wear the costume.

Jacket measurements:

Shoulder width (measured from the back of the jacket, seam to seam): 46m
Sleeve length: 59cm +3 cm to extend
Jacket length: 75cm
Armpit width: 51 cm
Waist width: 49cm

Pants measurement:

Width at waist: 40cm + 2cm
Fork height: 32cm
Leg opening: 20cm
Pants length: 99 cm +7 cm
