Nice brown 3-piece flannel suit

Good evening,

I offer you this nice three-piece suit in brown with stripes in wool flannel.

The fabric is rather thick and heavy, perfect for winter and mid-season.

The jacket is a two-button jacket with elegant notch lapels.
The pants, meanwhile, are wide-cut pants with a high natural waist.

In very good condition, the vest has a slight stain at the bottom (see image)
The lining of the pants is very slightly yellowed by time.

Assume that you will need to cinch the jacket (reduce armpit, waist and hip width) and reduce the size of the trousers.
These are almost systematic alterations to be able to wear the costume.

Jacket measurements:

Shoulder width (measured from the back of the jacket, seam to seam): 41m
Sleeve length: 61cm +3 cm to extend
Jacket length: 74cm
Armpit width: 50cm
Waist width: 46cm

Pants measurement:

Width at waist: 39cm + 6cm
Fork height: 28cm
Leg opening: 26cm
Pants length: 101 cm +6 cm
