Elegant gray suit in heavy flannel

Good morning,

I present to you this elegant gray suit with a Prince of Wales pattern in heavy flannel.

The thick and very soft fabric, perfect for winter and mid-season.

The jacket is a two-button jacket with beautiful notch lapels.
The pants, meanwhile, are wide-cut pants with double pleats and a very high waist.

In very good condition, plan to take the pants to the dry cleaners as they have some light stains on the outside (see image)

Assume that you will need to cinch the jacket (reduce armpit, waist and hip width) and reduce the size of the trousers.
These are almost systematic alterations to be able to wear the costume.

Shoulder width (measured from the back of the jacket, seam to seam): 51 cm
Sleeve length: 63cm +3 cm to extend
Jacket length: 77cm
Armpit width: 60cm
Waist width: 57cm

Pants measurement:

Width at waist: 48cm + 3cm
Fork height: 31cm
Leg opening: 24cm
Pants length: 104 cm +9 cm
